Gracias Julio Roberto Asturias Chiquitó! The All Saints Day tradition of flying Octagonal kites in Guatemala is similar to the Bermuda tradition of Good Friday. Both represent the Spirit rising upward.

The kites Sumpango most often are made only at night. It is a journey of more than 7 hours, then rest and the next morning the young people go to study or work. This is repeated for more than 6 months. At the end of the presentation will be a single day, November 1st “All Saints Day”
